About Dr. Blair:
Born and raised in Peru, I am ecstatic to be joining the Progress Park Veterinary team. Family has told me I wanted to be a veterinarian since I could say the word! I was always trying to take in new pets, and grew up with dogs, hamsters, toads, turtles, and a rabbit. I started my career at a mixed animal clinic in Northwestern Illinois, and truly appreciated all aspects of veterinary medicine. One minute was a new kitten exam, the next could have been a horse emergency. My interests in small animal general practice has continued to grow, and I look forward to this progression in my career. I am passionate about client education and preventative care. I find the bond made with a client through their pet’s lifetime is the ultimate reward in everything I do.
My husband, daughter and I are excited to be surrounded by our family and friends as we move back to the area.
